Q: What is the difference between registered and trial version of the game.

A: When you download and install the demo you will be given only 60 minutes of play time. To register the game and unlock all features, purchase the game (one-time fee).

Q: How do I purchase the registered version?

A: Download the trial version here. Purchase the game here to obtain a license key. Start the downloaded game and introduce your key into the registration field. Click Unlock. Your copy will be registered and unlocked. Play the game.

Q: The game is running slowly.

A: Probably the game has not enough hardware resources to run smoothly. Select a lower image quality using the "Settings" utility program which can be found in the program folder.

Q: When I start the game, a message appears: "A problem occurred. The game failed to initialize the graphics system..."

A: The game requires DirectX9 to run properly. You can download DirectX9 from Microsoft page www.microsoft.com. If you have installed DirectX9 and the problem still occurs then either you don't have video drivers installed properly, either you PC does not meet the minimum system requirements to run "Words Kingdom". Try to install the video drivers.
